به گزارش ایرنا از سازمان جنگل ها، مراتع و آبخیزداری، 'مصطفی كیا كجوری' اظهارداشت: با توجه بر تاكیدات مقام معظم رهبری مبنی بر حفاظت از جنگل ها و مراتع توسط مردم و بر اساس مطالعات صورت گرفته، طرح جدید ترویج و توانمندسازی تشكل ها و جوامع محلی در حفظ و احیاء منابع طبیعی در سال 91 اجرایی می شود.

وی افزود: اعتبار پیش بینی شده برای اجرای این طرح در طول برنامه پنجم توسعه 150 میلیارد ریال است كه با اجرای مرحله نخست این طرح ترویجی، حفاظت و احیای بیش از 40 درصد از عرصه های منابع طبیعی كشور، در قالب تشكل ها و تعاونی ها به تدریج به بهره برداران و ساكنان این عرصه ها واگذار می شود.

وی ادامه داد: در این راستا با هماهنگی معاونت برنامه ریزی و نظارت راهبردی رییس جمهور مقرر شده تا در اجرای سایر طرح های سازمان همچون طرح های آبخیزداری نیز از پیمانكاران بومی و محلی استفاده شود.

كیاكجوری اعتبار اختصاص یافته به گیاهان دارویی در برنامه پنجم توسعه را عمده خواند و تصریح كرد: علاوه بر این در برنامه پنجم توسعه به منظور اقتصادی شدن طرح های جنگل و مرتع و ایجاد اشتغال در بخش منابع طبیعی، ردیف جدید كمك های فنی و اعتباری برای گیاهان داروئی با اعتباری معادل 200 میلیارد ریال ایجاد شده است كه با احتساب سهم بانك ها بالغ بر 500 میلیارد ریال خواهد شد.

مدیركل برنامه و بودجه سازمان با اشاره به اینكه ارزش صادرات محصولات فرعی جنگل و مرتع شامل گیاهان داروئی، صنعتی و خوراكی در سال 90، قریب به 50 میلیون دلار بوده افزود: پیش بینی می شود با اجرای این طرح در پایان برنامه پنجم توسعه، صادرات محصولات فرعی جنگل و مرتع به بیش از 250 میلیون دلار در سال برسد.

كیاكجوری تصریح كرد: این طرح نقش مهمی در تغییر و تقویت معیشت بهره برداران منابع طبیعی و افزایش تولید و صادرات گیاهان داروئی و صنعتی ایفاء می كند به طوری كه با اجرای آن و با تغییر شیوه زندگی بهره برداران، وابستگی آنها به روش سنتی دامداری و دام سبك كاهش می یابد.

وی ادامه داد: با حذف دام های مازاد در مراتع كشور نیز می توانیم شاهد بهبود و اصلاح وضعیت مراتع تخریب شده كشور باشیم.
